Brooke (Sophia Bush) has her hands full with her model (guest starring a participant from "America's Next Top Model") for the T.A.R.T. fashion show and a new boyfriend (guest star Reynaldo Valentin). Rachel (Danneel Harris) makes the cover of "Maxim," causing chaos at Tree Hill High.
Meanwhile, Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) learns of Nathan's (James Lafferty) dealings with Daunte (guest star Rick Fox, "Oz"), and ultimately has to choose between Nathan and his love for basketball. Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) takes on a babysitting job only to find herself in over her head and Peyton's (Hilarie Burton) half-brother, Derek (guest star Ernest Waddell, "Law & Order: SVU"), forces her to confront her deepest fears.
