Phyllis walked into the office looking pale and shocked. A concerned staff surrounded her for comfort. She told them she had been flashed in the parking lot. Jim alerted the police and they already had three other incidents of flashing in the area. Michael didn't think much of it, because it was Phyllis.

Michael was beginning to feel used by Jan. She called and offered to pay him 300 dollars in gas money if he drove up to satisfy her. Michael was feeling squeamish about the whole relationship.

After the incident with Phyllis, Michael thought it would be a good idea to hold Women's Appreciation conference involving the entire staff. The meeting turned on Michael when he continued to make sexist comments and Karen accused him of being a misogynist, which Michael, of course, took as a compliment.

Dwight and Andy took it upon themselves to find the flasher. Pam drew sketches that resembled Dwight, a joke he did not get. Meanwhile, Michael took the ladies of Dunder-Mifflin on a field trip to the mall.

The women were enjoying lunch on Michael at the food court. The topic turned to sex, when Michael divulged details about his relationship with Jan. He talked about Jan's need to videotape sex for critique and her need to role-play in the bedroom. Pam told him to get out of the relationship and Michael began to cry.

Michael was so grateful for the ladies giving him advice about Jan that he decided to buy them all one piece of lingerie at Victoria's Secret. Meanwhile, back at work, the guys were having a field day lounging in the very cushy women's bathroom.

Michael had the ladies support him as he made the call to end things with Jan. While leaving her a message, Jan walked into his office! She apologized for her behavior, earlier, but before they went out to dinner, she checked her messages.

After Jan left Michael, he took some time to think about women. He couldn't understand them and didn't know if he ever would. Meanwhile, Jim was having fun calling Dwight and telling him about his own sightings of the flasher. The joke was on Dwight when he was sent to the ladies bathroom and looked in the mirror!
