But Laura isn't the kind of woman who sits and waits, so she makes a beeline for the Korean market where Jake was shot to take over the investigation. Meredith has learned that the shooter is a Caucasian male who discharged a single 9mm shot. Meredith questions the young woman Jake saved, Faren Hillman, while Laura talks to Joseph Kwon, the cashier, who mentions that a bunch of stores on their block have been hit. After reporting that the market has no security cameras, Frankie offers Laura a big hug, promising Jake will be fine.
