When a registered sex offender, Clark, moves into Allison's neighborhood, she has to choose between the vigilante neighbor response and her visions that the man is innocent. Neighbor, Susannah, leads the charge to get the man out of the neighborhood. Her 16 year old daughter is found dead and Clark's fingerprints are found on the knife. Too late to save Clark, who takes his own life, Allison uncovers that Susannah killed her stepdaughter. With Clark's ghost's help, she finds enough evidence to convict her and get his false accuser arrested. Joe is offered ownership position at work, but he must get his MBA first. He and Allison argue over who will get to go to grad school. In the end, Joe agrees that Allison should go to law school.
