When Allen Gregory's doting - and comically malevolent - dad, Richard (French Stewart), helps plan Allen Gregory's first school dance, tension occurs after popular stud Joel Zadak invites Allen Gregory's trusty friend, Patrick (Cristina Pucelli), and not Allen Gregory.
