AceShowbiz - British model-turned-reality TV star Katie Price has begun divorce proceedings to end her marriage to cage fighter Alex Reid, according to a U.K. Report. Price, also known as Jordan, filed for divorce on Thursday, March 10, in Britain's High Court, reports British newspaper The Sun. But the busty beauty refused to let her marriage woes get her down - she headed to London's Gem Bar with rumored new boyfriend Leandro Penna later that night.

Price married Reid in Las Vegas last year, just months after divorcing Australian singer Peter Andre, the father of two of her children. She has hired attorney Fiona Shackleton, who represented Sir Paul McCartney after his split from Heather Mills, as her legal counsel.

Price now is speculated having a romance with Penna whom she met at Elton John's Oscars party just over a week ago. But he has already flown to the UK to see her despite the fact she has claimed they are just 'friends'.
