AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan has taken to Twitter.com to dismiss reports she's dating "Inception" star Tom Hardy. The British actor, who struggled with alcohol addiction and drug abuse in his youth, was rumored to be helping Lohan stay clean after she completed a court-ordered stint in rehab earlier this month.
His publicist denied rumors Hardy was her sponsor, prompting gossips to stir up a romance. But now Lohan insists she's not dating the actor. In a brief tweet on Monday, January 24, she wrote, "Tom Hardy is just a friend of mine... The tabloids are wrong."
After her on/off romance with Samantha Ronson came to an end in 2009, Lindsay had since been linked to numerous eligible bachelors including Gerard Butler, Kevin Connolly and Jason Segel.
