The paparazzo Fabricio Luis Mariotto is ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and their two children Harlow and Sparrow at all times.

AceShowbiz - Socialite Nicole Richie has obtained a temporary restraining order against a paparazzo she has accused of harassing her daughter Harlow by lurking outside her Los Angeles school. The star fired off an angry letter to Fabricio Luis Mariotto's employers at top photo agency X17 last month, insisting the snapper and the other paparazzi waiting outside the building were endangering the lives of Harlow's schoolmates and their parents.
In the note, which she also posted online, Richie raged, "You are stalking the children. Now how do you feel? I PROMISE YOU that I am going to do a background check on each and every person that I see there. For the safety of my children and others. The last time I did a check on your staff, I found they had no (driving) license. Remember that day? The day that ended with a car accident and me in a hospital?"
"If I find out anyone has a suspended, restricted or invalid license, I will have them thrown in jail before they can pick up the phone and call their lawyers. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES... Consider this a warning."
Richie has now stepped up her battle against the snappers, singling out Mariotto and asking a judge to ban him from going anywhere near her or her daughter. In the legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, she says, "(Mariotto) drives erratically around my children and others, yells, screams and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction."
"He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children... He has often left his car in the middle of a busy street just to chase me for a photograph." She adds, "His predatory behavior caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress as I fear for the safety of my children."
Richie's request has been granted by a Los Angeles judge, who ruled Mariotto must keep his distance from the school and stay at least 100 yards away from Richie, her fiance Joel Madden and their two children Harlow and Sparrow at all times.
