AceShowbiz - R&B star Jaheim is facing charges of speeding and drug possession after he was pulled over by police in New Jersey at the end of last month. The "Just In Case" hitmaker, real name Jaheim Hoagland, was stopped by Hillsborough cops on March 28 after they spotted him driving over the local 30 miles-per-hour (48 kilometres-per-hour) speed limit.

But he found himself in even bigger trouble when officers approached his car and smelled marijuana fumes. During a search of the vehicle, cops found a bud of marijuana underneath the driver's seat, cigar wrappers and cigar paper, which is consistent with marijuana use.

In June 2008, Jaheim went to court for similar charges stemming from a 2004 arrest. He was charged with possession of marijuana and controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He escaped the charge, but was sentenced to two years of probation and an enrollment in an anger management program for resisting arrest.
