AceShowbiz - John PayCheck is gearing up for the release of his third studio album, Better Plan, which will arrive digitally on November 27 via HorseBite Entertainment. Before the full album drops, the country singer-songwriter will release the title track on Friday, August 14.

The fiddle-driven country rocker delves into themes of self-reflection, resilience, and the pursuit of becoming a better man. PayCheck co-wrote the song with longtime collaborator Scott Gabbey, and the album was recorded at Gnome Studios in Nashville under producer Bill McDermott, known for his work with George Strait, Tim McGraw, and Brad Paisley.

"This is a song about the quiet struggle to become a better person in a world that is quick to judge and slow to understand," PayCheck said. "It follows a man who has made mistakes, carried pain and doesn't claim to have all the answers, but refuses to stop trying. It's not about chasing perfection. It's about choosing humility, hope, forgiveness and the determination to keep searching for a better you with a better plan."

The upcoming album follows PayCheck's May release of Sons Of The Spark, a collaboration with Struggle Jennings that surpassed 50,000 streams and was featured on Holler's New Country Songs Spotify playlist.

To support the new record, PayCheck will embark on the Better Plan Tour, which will visit more than 15 cities across the Midwest, East Coast, and Texas in 2026.

With a new single on the horizon and a full album set for later this year, PayCheck continues to build momentum in the country music scene, offering listeners a blend of honest storytelling and rootsy instrumentation.
