- April 5, 2026
AceShowbiz - The Masked Singer season 14 is set to honor the legendary rock icon Ozzy Osbourne with its upcoming Ozzfest Night episode airing on March 4, 2026. This special installment will highlight the life and music of Ozzy, who passed away at 76 on July 22, 2025. Known as the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy was a pioneering figure in heavy metal music, the lead vocalist of the iconic band Black Sabbath, and later launched a successful solo career in the 1980s.
Alongside his musical legacy, Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne co-founded the heavy metal touring festival Ozzfest, which ran annually from 1996 through 2010. The Osbourne family, including their children Kelly and Jack, also gained reality TV fame in the early 2000s through their show The Osbournes. Kelly Osbourne herself previously competed on The Masked Singer season 2 in 2019, performing as Ladybug and finishing in ninth place.
Kelly’s performances in season 2 included songs like "Holding Out For A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler, "Juice" by Lizzo, and "Youngblood" by 5 Seconds of Summer. Despite panelists’ guesses such as Lindsay Lohan, Paris Jackson, and Jamie Lynn Spears, Kelly’s identity remained a secret throughout that season. For the upcoming Ozzfest Night, Kelly will return as a guest panelist to pay tribute to her late father, adding an emotional and heartfelt element to the episode.
The Ozzfest Night episode will feature four masked contestants: High Voltage, Eggplant, Galaxy Girl, and Pangolin. High Voltage and Eggplant debuted on Fear Night, with High Voltage performing Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" and Eggplant singing Elton John's "Rocket Man." Both returned for Red, White & Clue Night, where High Voltage delivered "Miles On It" by Kane Brown and Marshmello, while Eggplant chose Lenny Kravitz's "American Woman."
Pangolin, introduced as a Wild Card contestant, made their first appearance performing Alanis Morissette’s "Ironic." Galaxy Girl debuted on Premiere Night with Chappell Roan’s "Super Graphic Ultra Modern Girl" and later sang "Just A Girl" by No Doubt on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night.
During the Ozzfest Night preview shared by The Singing Crane on YouTube, the four contestants performed a group rendition of Ozzy Osbourne’s classic "Crazy Train." Additionally, Pangolin will have a solo performance of "Mama, I'm Coming Home," a song that visibly moved Kelly Osbourne, who was seen emotional and covering her face during the performance. Pangolin dedicated the song to Kelly, emphasizing the tribute’s heartfelt nature.
This episode promises to be one of the most memorable in The Masked Singer season 14, combining the powerful musical heritage of Ozzy Osbourne with the emotional presence of his daughter on the judging panel. With the talented contestants High Voltage, Eggplant, Galaxy Girl, and Pangolin showcasing their vocal skills on iconic rock tracks, fans can expect a unique blend of spectacle and sentimentality.
The Masked Singer continues to air on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX, offering weekly surprises and exciting performances. The Ozzfest Night episode is shaping up to be a standout installment, celebrating a rock legend while delivering the trademark mystery and entertainment the show is known for. Stay tuned to see which contestants will electrify the stage and how Kelly Osbourne’s tribute will resonate with the panel and audience alike.
