AceShowbiz - Hotel Tehran is an upcoming thriller featuring an action-packed story set in modern-day Iran. The film stars Liam Neeson, Titus Welliver, and Zachary Levi, bringing together seasoned actors known for their intense roles.
Liam Neeson takes on the role of an ex-CIA operative who assembles a team to execute a daring rescue mission in Tehran. This mission is motivated by his desire to redeem himself after a previous failed operation in Afghanistan. Hotel Tehran promises a gripping narrative of espionage and redemption.
Joining Neeson and Welliver, who is best known for his role in the series Bosch, is Zachary Levi, recognized for his performance in Shazam. Liam Neeson has recently demonstrated his comedic talents in last year’s reboot of The Naked Gun, but he continues to embrace action roles. Currently, he stars alongside Joe Keery in the action horror comedy Cold Storage. Later this year, he is slated to appear in the heist movie 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank. Additionally, Neeson will feature in The Mongoose, playing a war hero evading authorities, with co-stars Marisa Tomei and Ving Rhames.
Titus Welliver is presently seen portraying a crime boss imprisoned in AMC’s period crime thriller Dark Winds season four. He will also reprise his role as LAPD detective turned private investigator Hieronymus “Harry” Bosch in the second season of the Prime Video Bosch spin-off Ballard.
Hotel Tehran is directed by Guy Moshe, known for his work on Bunraku. Moshe also co-wrote the script alongside Mark Bacci, creator of Sullivan’s Crossing, and Ron Hutchinson. The story concept was inspired by former CIA operative and actor Bazzel Baz, known from The Blacklist.
The production is a collaboration among Astral Future, Latigo Films, and Dreamtime Films, with additional involvement from Oakhurst Entertainment, BondIt Media Capital, Eyevox Entertainment, Blue Rider Media, and Thomasville Pictures. Distribution rights have been secured by Inaugural Entertainment.
Hotel Tehran is scheduled for release later this year, adding another thrilling chapter to the careers of Liam Neeson and Titus Welliver. Fans of intense action and suspense will want to keep an eye out for this film’s arrival in theaters.
