“J and I have a surrogate, the sweetest woman ever, and soon I’ll be starting my IVF stims,” Bunnie writes. She praises the advances in IVF technology and expresses gratitude toward the selfless woman who has agreed to carry their twins, calling her “the most unselfish woman” they know.
According to the Mayo Clinic, IVF treatment typically involves one to two weeks of ovarian stimulation, often referred to as “IVF stims,” which prepares the eggs for retrieval. After fertilization in the lab, the embryos are transferred into the surrogate’s uterus, a process Bunnie and Jelly Roll are preparing to undergo.
Throughout 2025, Bunnie Xo has been candid about the physical and emotional toll of her IVF treatments. She took to TikTok to share the exhaustion she felt, describing the process as “lonely” and “a lot to bear.” Her openness has resonated with many facing similar struggles.
