AceShowbiz - Rosalía is set to grace the BRIT Awards stage for the very first time. The acclaimed Spanish artist has been confirmed as a performer for the prestigious event scheduled to take place on February 28, 2026, marking a significant milestone in her career.

This year’s ceremony will be held at Manchester's Co-op Live, representing a historic moment as it is the first time the BRIT Awards will occur outside of London in nearly five decades.

In addition to her performance, Rosalía has also received her first nomination for International Artist of the Year, competing against notable acts such as Bad Bunny, CMAT, Doechii, Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, sombr, Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and Tyler, The Creator. Her latest album, Lux, debuted at No. 4 on both the Billboard 200 and the Official U.K. Albums Chart, cementing her position as the highest-charting Spanish female artist in the history of the charts.

Lux showcases Rosalía’s versatility, featuring songs in 13 different languages and receiving widespread critical acclaim, including a feature on the cover of Billboard. Currently, she is preparing for her most extensive headline tour to date, the Lux Tour, which will span across Europe, North America, and South America, covering 42 shows in 17 countries until September 2026.

Joining Rosalía on the lineup for the BRITs 2026 are other prominent performers, including Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, Mark Ronson, and Wolf Alice, with more acts yet to be announced.

Recently, Noel Gallagher was announced as the recipient of the Songwriter of the Year award, while Mark Ronson will be honored with the Outstanding Contribution to Music award.

The nominations for the BRIT Awards were revealed on January 21, with Olivia Dean and Lola Young leading the nominations with five each, followed by Sam Fender, who garnered four.
