The dramatic visuals, directed by Jordan Hemingway, also star film director/actor Kevin Smith and influencer Jake Shane, blending Twigs' mature artistry with the unabashed childlike energy of North West.

The video starts with a humorous skit where Kevin Smith, acting as a dismissive music industry executive, and Jake Shane, a member of Twigs' team, discuss Twigs' artistic evolution. The setup reveals Smith's skepticism towards Twigs' current musical direction.

However, Twigs, desperate to win his approval, performs an intense dance number, embodying the euphoric sensation she describes as "Eusexua." When Smith remains unconvinced, Twigs calls for reinforcement, introducing North West as her final weapon.

North appears in the scene, rapping in both English and Japanese, proclaiming her faith with lines like "Hello, my name is North/ From California to Tokyo/ Jesus the King/ Praise God/ Jesus is the only true God."

The child star's spirited performance finally wins Smith over, albeit with the suggestion to focus more on short-form social media content, possibly referring to the TikTok trend. "OK, it's fire," Smith admits, albeit reluctantly.

Twigs explained why North was the perfect collaborator for "Childlike Things." She needed someone whose tenacity and strong point of view could enhance the "childlike energy" of the track.

According to Twigs, North's confidence seen in various interviews was inspiring, leading her to believe that North could effectively convey the song's message. "I was like, 'OK, it has to be North, she has to put her point of view on the song.' She came and wrote about her faith, which I think is really powerful," he shared on Instagram.

"Childlike Things" is a prominent track on FKA Twigs' latest album, "Eusexua", which debuted at No. 24 on the Billboard 200 - her highest peak to date. The album has been praised for its cohesive blend of music, movement, and spirituality, embodying Twigs' unique artistic vision.
