AceShowbiz - When country music sensation Zach Bryan stepped out for a casual night at a New York City bar, he likely didn't expect to find himself at the center of drama. The 28-year-old "Something in the Orange" singer got into an altercation with another man.
Captured spectacularly via another patron's Ray-Ban Meta glasses, the incident unfolded after a few rounds of pool. What began as a friendly game quickly spiraled into a foul-mouthed debate about personal boundaries.
In the now-viral clip obtained by TMZ, Bryan can be seen exchanging words with a man who was filming his night on the high-tech eyewear. "I want to rip them off your face so bad because we're at a bar," the star said.
Intrigued yet annoyed, Bryan briefly tried on the glasses himself before stating, "You're going to see some terrible things tonight."
Bryan's frustration reportedly grew as he lost several pool games consecutively. He didn't want to be filmed, but the patron defended himself. He clarified, "I'm taking videos of my friends. I don't care about you. I don't care about you and your f****ng friends, OK? I'm taking videos of me and my friends so that we can cherish them as fond memories."
Doubling down on his point, the fellow patron emphasized, "I'm not trying to record you, dude. I'm trying to record my friends for memories that I want to have, to have fun. It has nothing to do with you."
In response, the country music singer threw a homophobic slur before abruptly leaving the scene.
A representative for Zach Bryan hasn't responded to a request for comment, but the star previously declared his support for LGBTQ+ community and criticized fellow musicians for "insulting" queer people.
His viral NYC altercation came after he made headlines for his messy breakup with Brianna LaPaglia. She accused him of emotional abuse and he remained silent about her claims as well.
