AceShowbiz - In the latest episode of "The Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian opened up about renovating her home to accommodate her newly blended family. Married to Travis Barker, she now shares a household with Travis' three children (Alabama, Landon, and Atiana) and her own children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick (Penelope, Reign, and Mason).
To create a cohesive living space, Kourtney decided to remodel her house. "My goal is so that we can all fit," she explained. "Me and my kids, my husband and three bonus kids, and have it feel like a new space that we're all moving back into together."
She admitted adjusting to the blended family dynamic was challenging. "I feel like blending, in the beginning, is a lot of adjusting for each person," she claimed. "But it's really good, but I do want to get this going."
She planned to maintain a balance between the blended family's two homes, ensuring that all the children have a room in both places. "I'm definitely making space for everyone," she said.
As she gave her sisters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner a tour of her new house, Kourtney showed the children's names written on a chalkboard. "I think all the kids will kind of always have a room at both houses," she explained.
Despite the rocky start, Kourtney believed that they're "at a really amazing place" with the blending process. "I want to get it to where our family can enjoy our house," she continued. "I want them in my eyesight."
