'Iron Man 2' actor Mickey Rourke has criticized an unnamed portrayal of Bob Dylan, just as Timothee Chalamet-starring movie 'A Complete Unknown' is coming to theaters this week.

AceShowbiz - Mickey Rourke, 72, took to Instagram on December 23 to share his thoughts on a Bob Dylan portrayal after watching a movie about the music icon. "Bob Dylan was one of the most interesting people i've ever met," he wrote. "But Whoever was the actor who played Bob Dylan in 'Portrain Bob Dylan' the actor really sucked."

While Rourke did not explicitly name Timothee Chalamet, his post came just days before the release of "A Complete Unknown," which stars the "Dune" actor as Dylan.

In "A Complete Unknown," 28-year-old Chalamet portrays Dylan from the beginning of his career in the 1960s to his historic electric guitar performance of "Like a Rolling Stone" at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival. Dylan himself has expressed enthusiasm for Chalamet's casting, calling him "a brilliant actor" and stating that he is "sure he's going to be completely believable as me."

Chalamet hasn't responded to Rourke, but he recently celebrated his accomplishment with a live stream where words of praise and congratulatory messages were displayed on a giant screen while he was dancing and being hugged by his friends and loved ones.

"A Complete Unknown" will hit theaters on December 25.
