After getting down on one knee, Floyd surprised Frei with a ring featuring a pear-cut diamond with a split gold band.

Frei expressed her joy and gratitude, saying that she was blown away by Floyd's proposal. Floyd shared that he had made sure their families were present for the special moment, including his parents and sister from Austin, Texas.

"Carly is the love of my life," Floyd said. "She means the world to me, and I really wanted to make this special for her."
