AceShowbiz - Bravo may sever ties with "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star Karen Huger following her DUI arrest. Page Six has exclusively learned that Bravo is considering ending its relationship with Karen Huger following her conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).
The network has expressed concerns about Huger's behavior after she was found guilty of a DUI. A source close to the situation tells Page Six that Huger "would need to clean up her act" if she wants to continue on the show. However, no official casting decisions have been made at this time.
Huger's scenes in the current season of "RHOP" will not be affected as they were already filmed before her arrest.
The 61-year-old reality star was arrested in March after she crashed her Maserati into a median and crosswalk sign. A jury found her guilty of DUI, negligent driving, failure to control speed, and failure to notify authorities of an address change.
Huger is not the first "Housewife" to face DUI charges, but she has been arrested for the offense in the past. In 2016, she revealed that she had been arrested for DUI nearly a decade earlier.
Huger is facing up to two years in prison for her second DUI conviction. Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 29, 2025. Her lawyer has indicated that they will appeal the verdict.
Representatives for Huger and Bravo haven't made any comment.
