Police are once again called to the 'RHOA' alum and her estranged husband's former Alpharetta home, but this time it's over a disagreement about who could remove items from the property.

AceShowbiz - On Sunday, December 15, a moving company arrived at Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's mansion to assist Zolciak in moving out the last of her belongings. However, the process was disrupted when Biermann parked his car behind the moving truck, preventing it from leaving. Biermann reportedly refused to move his vehicle, claiming that Zolciak was attempting to take items that he believed belonged to him.
Amidst the standoff, officers from the Milton Police Department were called. Unlike previous incidents, the non-emergency line was used this time. After speaking with the officers, Biermann eventually relented and moved his vehicle, allowing Zolciak to proceed with her move.
According to TMZ, there was no major blowout argument between the couple during this incident. However, the ongoing dispute over property ownership remains a source of contention. In recent months, Zolciak and Biermann have both accused each other of stealing items from the home.
In November, bodycam footage released by police captured a heated exchange between the couple over alleged stolen belongings. Zolciak accused Biermann of breaching court-ordered boundaries and removing items from her storage area. Biermann, in turn, accused Zolciak of spying on him and filing a false police report.
Despite the ongoing disputes, the couple is reportedly still technically married. They are parents to four children together, as well as Biermann's two adopted daughters from Zolciak's previous relationship.
