AceShowbiz - Grace Kelley, daughter of famed country singer Wynonna Judd, found herself in legal trouble once more on October 27. The 28-year-old was arrested in Albemarle County, Virginia, and faces seven charges, including three counts of felony grand larceny. Kelley's arrest came after she allegedly stole a van and trailer belonging to the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene in Charlottesville.

According to PEOPLE, Kelley was also charged with driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights, and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime. She remains in custody at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.

The Church's lead pastor, Kent Hart, confirmed Kelley's arrest on a GoFundMe page set up to raise funds for a new van. Hart shared a statement, expressing that "On October 27th, our green church van and trailer were stolen from in front of our pastor's home by Grace Pauline Kelley. Grace is currently in police custody. The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss."

Despite the significant loss, Hart emphasized forgiveness, "We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley. Even though we have suffered that loss, we're just really hoping the community helps us out. We're just forgiving her, and we're trusting the Lord to provide for our needs."

This incident marks the third time Kelley has been arrested this year. Prior to this, Kelley had been booked into Georgia's Carroll County Jail in August for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly. She was released on a $2,750 bond.

Earlier in April, Kelley was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations in Alabama. She was accused of exposing herself on a busy highway and faced an additional charge of soliciting prostitution, which was later dropped. Kelley pleaded guilty to the reduced charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations.

Wynonna Judd has not publicly commented on her daughter's recent legal issues. Judd shares Grace and her son Elijah with ex-husband Arch Kelley III, from whom she divorced in the late 1990s. The country star remarried in 2012.
