Before the epic selection, Swift appeared in a vibrant blue, white, and orange dress and addressed the audience, asking, "What might they like to hear and what haven't they heard in a while?" She explained that she would perform a selection on guitar before switching to the piano.

"Wish me luck," Swift said as she strummed. "That's the wrong key, so wish me more luck than that." The crowd laughed as she sang "Elevator buttons and morning air" from "Ours" off "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)".

She then folded in "Last Great American Dynasty" from "Folklore" before a jaw-dropping piano mashup that combined "Cassandra" from "The Tortured Poets Department" with "Mad Woman" and "I Did Something Bad". It was the first time Swift had ever played "Cassandra," a track laden with snake imagery that seamlessly bridged the gap between the "Folklore" and "Reputation" eras.

As she finished the mashup, a fan livestreamer repeatedly exclaimed, "She's going to announce it!" However, the album art for "Reputation (Taylor's Version)" never materialized on the back screen, leaving fans eagerly anticipating its official announcement.

Swift has been re-recording her old albums since a dispute over her masters with Scooter Braun. She has already released "Fearless (Taylor's Version)", "Red (Taylor's Version)", "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" and "1989 (Taylor's Version)".
