AceShowbiz - Caitlyn Jenner seemingly doesn't hesitate to show her eagerness to join Donald Trump's administration after he won the 2024 presidential election against Kamala Harris. The Olympic gold medalist took to X to shower Trump with praise as she made her case.
"Hope is back in America," Caitlyn wrote on the platform alongside a photo of herself with the elected president, his granddaughter Kai as well as Elon Musk. "These two men will single-handedly save western civilization and that starts with a strong United States of America."
The former star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" added, "I am here and at your service and forever indebted to your sacrifice for this country." She concluded, "Let's Make America Great Again!"
Despite being vocals when it comes to supporting Trump, Caitlyn apparently still has to work hard to gain trust from other Republican supporters. The former spouse of Kris Jenner was met with backlash over her post.
"If a trans person is finding hope in this movement then it's a movement I don't want to be a part of," an X user commented on her post. "Keep gender ideology out of government," someone demanded. Another, meanwhile, wrote, "Get lost, Bruce. You're to blame for a lot of the s**t we're trying to undo. Go away," referring to Caitlyn's birth name before she transitioned.
Another tweet read, "I see three men." Someone else added, "Leadership takes balls. I hope theirs are as big as yours."
Another said, "Fascinating seeing the most visible and vocal trans advocate in America supporting Trump. This is a true unity ticket." To the tweet, Caitlyn fired back, writing, "I am not a trans advocate. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. But, I am a trans person."
