Despite impressing the judges with their passionate Argentine tango, Tran and Farber were eliminated from season 33 of the dance competition on Tuesday night, October 29. Tran admitted to Entertainment Weekly that she feared this outcome, as the show had served as a welcome escape from heartbreak. "I'm going to be real," Tran confessed on the post-show press line following her elimination. "This is what I was afraid of. I was like, 'I'm distracting myself.' So, we'll see. I am human and I'm processing."

However, Tran remains optimistic and grateful for her time on the show, saying, "I'm coming out of it with my friends and family and amazing memories." She and Farber consistently performed well, receiving no lower than a seven from the judges throughout their run.

In an interview with "Good Morning America", Tran opened up about the whirlwind of emotions she experienced after her elimination. She admitted to feeling both sadness and confusion, but also a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to dance and connect with herself on a new level.

Farber praised Tran as "a joy to work with" and an "incredible human," adding that he was proud of her growth as a dancer and as a person. He also highlighted the pressure they faced each week, performing live for a demanding audience.

Despite their elimination, Tran and Farber remain positive about their future. Tran expressed excitement for the new opportunities that may arise as they embrace the unknown.
