Almost two years after departing 'Good Morning America', Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes share their personal journeys and insights into their romantic relationship.

AceShowbiz - On the latest episode of their joint podcast, "Amy & T.J.", Amy Robach, 51, and T.J. Holmes, 47, opened up about the transformative experiences they've had over the past two years. Robach spoke about feeling the best she ever has, despite the media scrutiny and judgment that followed their off-screen romance.
"I've learned to not let what other people say about me define me," she said. "I had to go through a period of time where I felt the weight of people's opinions, but now I've reached a place where I love myself more than ever before."
Holmes also shared how being with Robach has had a positive impact on his life and his daughter, Sabine. He said Sabine is now witnessing firsthand "a happy and healthy daddy."
However, the couple also acknowledged a communication challenge they face. Robach explained that her emotional approach to conversations can sometimes frustrate Holmes, who tends to interpret her words literally.
"It's frustrating because I feel like he's doing it on purpose," Robach admitted.
Holmes acknowledged the difference in their communication styles, suggesting it may be influenced by their genders. "I think it's a man-woman thing," he said.
