AceShowbiz - Jay Leno was recently spotted in Los Angeles cruising on a vintage 1934 Brough Superior SS100 motorcycle, estimated to be worth around $250,000. The TV personality, now 74 years old, appeared relaxed and happy as he flashed a peace sign while riding the rare machine, which is known as the "Rolls-Royce of motorcycles."
The star enjoyed a ride on a 1934 Brough Superior SS100. Leno's choice of ride showcases his fondness for vintage and high-value motorcycles. The Brough Superior SS100 was first designed in 1924 by George Brough in England and had limited production until 1940. T.E. Lawrence, also known as Lawrence of Arabia, notably purchased one of the first motorcycles in 1925.
Jay Leno, who possesses an impressive collection of cars and motorcycles estimated to be worth around $50 million, survived a series of unfortunate events last year. Earlier in January, Leno was involved in an accident when he was 'clotheslined' while riding one of his vintage motorcycles, suffering a broken collarbone, two broken ribs, and two cracked kneecaps. Just months prior, he had experienced a severe gas fire accident while working on a steam engine from a vintage car, which resulted in third-degree burns.
Despite these setbacks, Leno maintains a positive outlook on life. He humorously said at the 2024 Daytime Beauty Awards, "So I guess I'm officially a two-faced motherf**ker now," while presenting an award to Dr. Peter Grossman, the surgeon who operated on him after both his gas fire and motorcycle accidents.
