'The Real Slim Shady' rapper makes an appearance at the rally to endorse the Vice President and introduce the former President, who later shows off his rapping skills.

AceShowbiz - Eminem may be surprised by Barack Obama's unexpected move at Kamala Harris and Tim Walz's rally in Detroit. "The Real Slim Shady" rapper watched the former President rap the verses on one of his tracks at the event.
On Tuesday night, October 22, the 52-year-old hip-hop artist, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, made an appearance at the rally. During the event, he stepped on the stage to endorse Kamala for the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
Speaking to a packed audience, Eminem said, "I'm here tonight for a couple of reasons. As most of you know, the city of Detroit and my home state of Michigan mean a lot to me. Going into this election, the spotlight is on us more than ever and I think it's important to use your voice. So, I'm encouraging everyone to get out and vote please."
Eminem further stated, "I also think that people shouldn't be afraid to express their opinions, and I don't think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution or what people would do if you make your opinion known. I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country, where this freedom and many others will be protected and upheld."
Near the end of his speech, Eminem introduced Barack Obama, saying, "In here to tell you much more about that, President Barack Obama." Eminem clapped his hands and stepped aside as the camera panned to the 63-year-old politician, who appeared on the stage with the spitter's song being played in the background.
During his speech, Barack Obama admitted that he was nervous for the rally. He candidly shared with the crowd, "I gotta say, I've done a lot of rallies. So, I don't usually get nervous, but I was feeling some kind of way following Eminem."
The 44th president of the United States went on to show off his rapping skills, belting out Eminem's "Lose Yourself". He spitted, "Palms were sweaty, knees weak/ Arms are heavy, vomit on my sweater already/ Mom's spaghetti/ I'm nervous but on the surface, I'm calm already," prompting the audience to cheer. Later on, he joked, "I thought Eminem was going to be performing and I was going to jump out."
