Dawn posted an image revealing her swollen face wrapped in black bandages and medical tape, with her blonde hair pulled up in a bun. Wearing a maroon polo shirt, she updated her fans while propped up in bed.

In a video update, Dawn detailed her experience, saying, "This is day 2, my face is really really tight. Apparently, this is my worst day."

Despite the discomfort, Dawn found a silver lining by discovering a new reality TV show to binge-watch during her recovery, exclaiming, "Little update, on a good note I've just found Married At First Sight series six so I'm super happy."

The reality star addressed the numerous comments from fans questioning her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. She explained, "I'm not changing the way I look, I'm just wanting to look like a fresher version of myself. Loads of my friends have had it done. Just having a little freshen up, so there you go!"

Dawn's decision to get a facelift comes in the wake of significant financial challenges. Earlier this year, she sold her £6.5 million mansion and moved to Dubai with her ex-footballer husband, Ashley Ward. The move followed four County Court Judgements for unpaid bills totaling over £62,000, including a £40,255 debt to a merchant bank and wealth advisor.

Now residing in Dubai with Ashley and their two youngest daughters, Charlie and Aston, Dawn has embraced the new chapter in their lives. The couple also shares daughters Taylor and Darby, both of whom have welcomed children of their own.

In an interview, Dawn disclosed that the decision to move was influenced by the thriving business environment in Dubai, which suits her interior design company, Artisa Design Limited.

"While I'm known for being on television, my actual 'real job' is that I'm an interior designer, and the economy out here is really strong. There's lots of people moving out here, lots of property and new properties being built," Dawn shared. She added that her children have adjusted well to their new environment, appreciating the low crime rates and excellent schooling.

Despite the financial ups and downs, Dawn Ward remains optimistic about the future and committed to maintaining her youthful appearance, allowing her to enjoy her new life and business ventures in Dubai.
