In response to a fan discussing societal expectations and "snap back" culture, Cardi expressed that her focus is on staying busy and active to prevent postpartum depression. She also addressed criticism she received during her previous pregnancies, saying she no longer cares about regaining her pre-baby body as quickly as possible.
"I just was never the type to care about snap back after birth," she wrote. "I don't know what it is about this time around but I have this burst of energy where I want to do EVERYTHING… It's like I want to complete all my goals in one day."
Cardi's workout videos on social media show her engaging in cardio, including stair master sessions. She emphasized the importance of finding ways to stay active while avoiding heavy lifting and straining.
The Grammy winner also shared an intimate behind-the-scenes video of her delivery room experience on TikTok. In the footage, her newborn's cries can be heard, and Offset is seen wrapping her in a blanket while she rests in her mother's arms. Cardi shared a sweet FaceTime call with her daughter Kulture, who exclaimed, "Look at baby sister."
Cardi B and Offset have three children together: daughter Kulture, son Wave, and their newborn daughter. Offset has three other children from previous relationships.
