Taylor, 45, was seen moving his belongings out of the couple's Valley Village home. This development follows Brittany's divorce filing on Tuesday, citing "irreconcilable differences."

According to Taylor, he was served with papers while filming for their reality TV show, "The Valley". He expressed his understanding of Brittany's decision and acknowledged that he has been "checked out" from the marriage for some time.

Court documents reveal that Brittany is seeking primary legal and physical custody of Cruz, with visitation rights for Taylor. She has also requested to block the court from awarding spousal support.

Sources close to Brittany say that her decision to file for divorce has been "a long time coming." She felt it was necessary for her and Cruz's well-being.

Meanwhile, Taylor has entered a mental health facility for treatment of bipolar disorder and PTSD. Despite their marital issues, the couple has remained committed to co-parenting Cruz.
