AceShowbiz - Bravo is working on a new "Vanderpump Rules" spin-off. While details about the upcoming series are scarce for now, a new report suggests that the filming has already started at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant SUR.

Sources familiar with the project reveal to TMZ that cameras have been rolling for the planned show for the last couple of weeks. The pilot will allegedly feature entirely new faces who are all employees at Lisa's West Hollywood hotspot.

The insider added that none of the current "Vanderpump Rules" cast members are set to make appearances on the new project. Bravo has yet to officially pick up the pilot to a series.

Meanwhile, The publication claims that the show will begin production for its season 12 this fall. It is additionally said that producers may simply be testing SUR employees in this pilot to see if any of them could work well for the upcoming season.

The spin-off news comes amid "Vanderpump Rules" month-long hiatus due to the drama within the cast. Back in May, Lisa addressed rumors that the series was canceled during Disney's 2024 Upfront presentation.

" 'Vanderpump Rules' is on hiatus just for a little bit," the SUR co-owner told E! News. "Let it breathe. I think we were going around in circles for a little bit."

The former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" also shared another reason for the time off. "I have a restaurant to open in September, so I have to be full-steam ahead on that," the 63-year-old explained. "I was away just before I opened Wolf working with [Gordon Ramsay]. That put a lot of pressure on us. I really need a couple of months to do that now."

Lisa additionally debuted two other reality series, Bravo's "The Valley" and "Vanderpump Villa" on Hulu, in the past 12 months. "It's been a very busy year, three shows on the air and two restaurants to open," the Bravo star added. "I wouldn't mind a breath myself."
