AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) had special news for fans ahead of the re-release of "Days Before Rodeo". To celebrate the 10th anniversary of his 2014 mixtape, the "SICKO MODE" rapper announced that he will perform at a one-night-only show in Atlanta.
The performance will take place at Heaven at The Masquerade on Thursday, August 22, at 9 P.M. It is the same venue where he performed just prior to "Days Before Rodeo".
Travis made the announcement on Tumblr, the same platform where he first announced his Masquerade show in 2014. Spotify Fans First tickets for the event, presented by the music streaming service, reportedly sold out within 15 minutes.
The original mixtape, released on August 18, 2014, featured collaborations with Young Thug, Big Sean, The 1975, Rich Homie Quan, Migos, T.I. and Peewee Longway. This re-release includes exclusive digital deluxe versions with bonus tracks from the era.
In addition to the digital release, a physical version of "Days Before Rodeo" is available in various formats, including a vinyl record for $30 and a standard CD version for $10. Fans can also purchase merchandise and vinyl bundles through Scott's webshop at travisscott.com.
Music aside, Travis has filed to dismiss his Miami trespassing case over legal technicalities. His lawyer Bradford Cohen filed the motion on Tuesday, noting that there was a lack of "no trespassing" signs at the marina where the MC was arrested.
In the filing, Bradford insisted that his client was technically arrested at the address of a private parking lot, not the Miami Beach Marina. For the record, police handcuffed the ex-boyfriend of Kylie Jenner off a Miami yacht due to disorderly intoxication and trespassing on June 20.
Travis was arrested at 1:17 A.M. and was booked at 4:35 A.M. at the Miami-Dade County Jail. He was released after posting $650, $550 for trespassing and $150 for disorderly intoxication.
