On Thursday, August 8, the 47-year-old former professional football player talked about his "three days" in the City of Light with Vivian. In the caption of his new Instagram post, he wrote, "I didn't quite know what to expect going into @Paris2024, but our three days truly went above and beyond what i could ever have imagined."

Tom recalled, "We saw athletes from many sports and many countries, but it was especially meaningful to be able to come to this incredible city with my daughter and watch the most powerful women I've ever seen, fight for gold, silver and bronze. For the first time in Olympic history there was a 50:50 split of female and male athletes, a stat I was proud to tell Vivi as she watched these heroes compete."

The former New England Patriots quarterback went on to explain, "Sports are truly unique all over the world with how they bring so many people together, and bring out the best in all of us, both competitors and fans. I certainly seemed to be living and dying with each of the performances, with a great appreciation for the hard work, commitment, and dedication It takes to compete at this level."

In the same post, Tom uploaded a series of photos and videos from the trip. In one picture, he could be seen striking a pose with Vivian in front of the Eiffel tower. Meanwhile, in a short clip, the father and daughter duo were documented gushing over an athlete's skills.

Later on, Tom received positive comments from Instagram users. One in particular exclaimed, "Being a girl dad rules!" Another chimed in, "I'm in love with Tom's mind.
