AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake couldn't be more "grateful" to have such supportive fans. During the latest stop of his "Forget Tomorrow World Tour" in Cleveland, Ohio, the "Mirrors" hitmaker choked up while thanking those who attended the show.
"So many of you keep shining [your] light on me, and I want you to know how grateful I am, and I do not take it for granted," the 43-year-old said while taking the stage of Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Sunday, July 7, according to Page Six. "And each and everyone of you - even you rookies tonight - you have made my life special."
Justin went on to tell the crowd that he'll remember them "until, I'm somewhere off this earth - wherever that might be." He added, "I want you to know that I will never forget each and everyone of you… I said I wasn't gonna cry!"
Different from Sunday's mood, Justin was a bit humorous during the Boston stop at TD Garden on June 29. Opening his intermission by referring to his DWI arrest, he said, "So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and... no I'm just kidding," promptly earning a roar of laughter from the nearly 20,000-strong crowd.
Following the intro, the "In Time" actor steered the conversation back to his fans, asking, "Is there anyone here tonight, that it's your first time here to the show? Is there anybody here that you've been to 1, 2, 3, maybe 4 of our shows?" He expressed his hopes that new attendees would "feel the fellowship and the love" and took the opportunity to reflect on his journey with loyal fans.
"For those of you that have been with me through all the weird haircuts... don't act like y'all didn't have bad haircuts! I took one for the team. Maybe like 3 or 4 for the team, but who's counting," he continued. "But it's been almost three decades together, you guys."
Justin was arrested on June 18 in Sag Harbor, New York, and was charged with one count of DWI and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failing to keep in his lane. According to the arrest report, his 2025 BMW was observed failing to stay on the right side of the roadway and driving through a stop sign.
