The 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup' star is embarking on a new and heartwarming chapter of motherhood as she is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker.

AceShowbiz - Gypsy Rose Blanchard revealed exciting news on Tuesday, July 9, through a YouTube video titled "I'm Pregnant, My Journey So Far." In her heartfelt announcement, Blanchard shared that she is 11 weeks pregnant with her first child, which she is due to welcome the baby with boyfriend Ken Urker in January 2025.

"Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January 2025," the "Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup" star declared, adding, "This was not planned at all; it was completely unexpected, but we're both very excited to take on this new journey of parenthood."

The announcement was accompanied by a series of endearing maternity photos posted on her personal Instagram, showcasing the couple smiling and holding up sonogram images. "We are proud to announce we are expecting our first child in January 2025," Blanchard captioned the images.

Blanchard, who has had a tumultuous past, including being a victim of medical abuse and serving time in prison for her involvement in the 2015 killing of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard, is now looking forward to this new phase in life. Blanchard and Urker, who originally dated before breaking up in 2019, rekindled their romance earlier this year after Blanchard filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Ryan Anderson.

"I know that there are going to be people who feel like I'm not ready to be a mother," Blanchard addressed her followers' concerns, "and I don't know if anyone's really ready to be a mother."

She admitted getting emotional about the opportunity to be a loving mother to her child. "All the things that I wanted in a mother, I want to give to this baby," she shared while wiping her tears. "I am a mother now, I am happy, and I just want to be a good mother for my child. I want to be everything my mother wasn't."

The journey towards motherhood comes after a period of personal growth for Blanchard, who continues to receive therapy. She is confident she won't repeat her mother's traumatic behaviors, stating, "I have learned what not to do. I have no concerns about my parenting when it comes to that."

This new beginning is a testament to Blanchard's resilience and desire to create a bright future for her family. Her candid reflections and hopeful outlook are touching hearts everywhere. With Urker moving to Louisiana to be close to her, as organized by her supportive stepmother, Kristy Blanchard, Gypsy Rose Blanchard looks set to begin a new, fulfilling chapter in her life.
