The 'Top Gun: Maverick' actor leaves many social media users surprised with his never-before-seen mirror selfie, which also features his beloved puppy Brisket.

AceShowbiz - Glen Powell has left many of his fans surprised with his recent social media post. The actor portraying Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin in "Top Gun: Maverick" treated his devotees to a new thirst trap.

On Monday, July 8, the 35-year-old actor offered social media users a look at his toned arms and abs. Making use of his Instagram page, he uploaded his never-before-seen picture highlighting his fit physique.

In the snap, it could be seen that Glen was striking a pose in front of a huge mirror in what appeared to be his bathroom. He was looking straight at the camera as he gave a stern facial expression, letting his mouth open a little.

The actor, who has roles in "Set It Up" and "Anyone But You", was photographed holding his smartphone in one of his hands. He was also carrying his beloved dog Brisket with his other hand. The white-furred puppy looked calm as it sat on the actor's palm.

For the mirror selfie, Glen went shirtless as part of his chest was covered with Brisket's body. He sported only a dark-colored towel, which he wore below his waist. In addition, he appeared to have embraced his natural blonde hair with his bangs covering his forehead.

In the same post, Glen also let out snaps of Brisket joining him on the set of his upcoming movie titled "Twisters", which will hit theaters on July 19. While one of the photos captured Brisket lying down on a "CAST" chair, another saw it being held by actress Daisy Edgar-Jones. A different picture, meanwhile, showed Glen and Brisket looking in sync in their beige cowboy hats.

Along with the snaps, Glen wrote in the caption of the post, "Shortly after being adopted, @hotbrisket joined the cast of 'Twisters' and was quickly called 'the Lassie of his generation.' Rumors are swirling of him leading a 'Homeward Bound' reboot that would crown him as 'Hollywood's King of the Animal Kingdom.' "

After Glen shared the photos, one Instagram user commented, "I think Brisket was as shocked as we were in the last pic. I can't tell. Glen, sweetie, can you post another pic similar to the last pic, with a better angle? It's for research." Another chimed in, "Pray Jesus ... did not expect that last picture!!" A third admitted, "That last picture took me out, was not prepared."
