AceShowbiz - Travis Barker and his son Landon Barker are set to share the stage together on his band tour. At the recent launch of his "Run Travis Run" wellness experience, the Blink-182 drummer expressed his pride in having his son Landon join them on their current tour as a guest artist.
Landon, 20, is an aspiring musician and has been sharing his music with his father. "I've been helping him with music while I'm home," said Travis. Landon is the frontman of his own band and will be opening for Blink-182 on select dates, starting July 11 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Travis is a hands-on dad and is actively involved in Landon's musical development. "I'm really proud of him," said Travis. "It's been so much fun writing with him." Landon appreciates his father's direct feedback. "I love hearing his ideas and his honesty," said Landon.
Travis started "Run Travis Run" to encourage people to get outside and be active. "I don't want it to be discouraging," he said. "It should just be fun, and I feel like everyone can get out and do 5Ks."
Travis and Kourtney Kardashian bonded over their shared love of wellness. "One of the main reasons we were so close is because we would always work out together," said Travis. "It's amazing to be with someone that has the same love for wellness."
