AceShowbiz - Hollywood power couple Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves are making waves with their latest promotion for their tequila brand, Pantalones Organic Tequila.
In a playful Instagram snap, the duo posed in their backyard, grilling up a storm while sporting an unusual ensemble: shirts and aprons, but no pants. "Tan lines and grill marks," they captioned the post.
The couple's unconventional attire ties in with the ethos of their tequila brand. "We're precious about our tequila - not our pants," they explained in a press release. "While we're all for being passionate about tequila, we wanted to remind people that, above all, it's meant to be fun."
In honor of "No Pants Day" on May 3, McConaughey and Alves released a tongue-in-cheek video in which they play pickleball sans trousers. "Après-Pickleball is now a thing," McConaughey declared.
This isn't the first time the couple has ditched the pants for their tequila promotion. Last year, they launched Pantalones Organic Tequila with a pants-free campaign that went viral.
Beyond their tequila escapades, McConaughey and Alves have a solid marriage. In January, they jokingly shared on a podcast that tequila has helped them navigate their 12-year-old union. "Pour another glass of tequila," Alves quipped, a sentiment McConaughey wholeheartedly agreed with.
The couple celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary this month, looking as happy as ever. "Thank you #happyanniversary," they captioned their Instagram post.
Pantalones Organic Tequila is committed to environmental and labor rights. The brand is also known for its association with the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting oceans and beaches.
