The 'Vultures' rapper seeks dismissal of the lawsuit by Benjamin Deshon Provo, former security guard at his private school, who accuses him of a hostile work environment and wrongful termination.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West has responded to a lawsuit brought against him by his former employee. The "Vultures" rapper seeks dismissal of the lawsuit which accuses him of a hostile work environment and wrongful termination.

In court documents obtained by In Touch, Ye denied all the allegations leveled at him by Benjamin Deshon Provo in his April lawsuit. Provo, who was hired as a security guard in August 2021 to work at Donda Academy, previously claimed that the Chicago star preferred white workers and berated black employees. He also accused Ye of singling him out for having dreads.

In response to the accusations, Ye and Yeezy wanted the entire lawsuit to be dismissed. His lawyers argued, "Defendants are informed and believe, and based on such information and belief allege that Defendants were justified in doing any and/or all of the acts alleged in the Complaint."

Denying any wrongdoings, the rapper's lawyer added that "the alleged conduct of Defendants was at all times undertaken in the good-faith exercise of a legitimate business purpose."

The former husband of Kanye West also accused Provo of having "unreasonably failed to utilize, take advantage of, and/or comply with Defendants' complaint/accommodation procedures." In addition to asking for dismissal, the father of four asked his attorney fees to be covered.

Recently, Ye also clapped back at a separate lawsuit by Trevor Phillips, another former employee at Donda Academy. In his bombshell lawsuit, Phillips claimed that the musician wanted to "cage" students at his private school.

In his response, Ye believed he was justified in "doing any/or all of the acts alleged in the complaint." He also claimed that he did not authorize, direct or ratify "any wrongful conduct."

The rapper additionally argued that Phillips did not suffer any damages due to his actions despite his claims. He demanded the claims be dismissed.
