AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs keeps facing allegations amid his downfall. The Bad Boy Records founder, whose reputation was tarnished due to his multiple sexual assault lawsuits, has been accused of having abusive behavior in the workplace by his former employees.

Bringing up the accusations were multiple ex-staffers from Puff's lifestyle brand, Sean John, and advertising agency Blue Flame, which is now shuttered. Detailing the rapper's alleged "erratic" behavior, the anonymous employees told The Daily Beast that Diddy grabbed, berated, and threatened them.

One female ex-staffer detailed an alarming encounter where Puff forcibly grabbed her face during a disagreement. "He didn't like that I wasn't agreeing with him, and he wasn't interested in hearing my point of view," she said.

"He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says, 'Stick out your tongue,' and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me," the woman recalled. Shocked by the incident, she decided to seek other job opportunities immediately.

The report arrived a few weeks after a surveillance video showing Diddy assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway got leaked. The footage showed the spitter brutally attacking the songstress at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles back in March 2016.

Later on, Diddy issued an apology. In a 70-second video that he posted on Instagram, he stated, "It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that." He further said, "My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I'm disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I'm disgusted now."

"I went out and sought professional help. Had to go into therapy, into rehab. Had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry," the hip-hop artist/producer continued. "But I'm committed to being a better man each and every day. I'm not asking for forgiveness. I'm truly sorry."
