The model's security team is accused of treating non-A-listers like 'second-class citizens' following a row with a Russian influencer at the film festival in France.

AceShowbiz - Bella Hadid has been making her presence at the Cannes Film Festival, but she did not always leave a good impression. The model has been asked to hold her team accountable following an alleged rude interaction with a Russian influencer.

Polina Nioly Pushkareva, a model and social media coach, has taken to social media to detail her recent encounter with Bella at the film festival. She claimed that the model's bodyguards pushed her and damaged her dress on the red carpet in Cannes.

"It is your most important day and you wear your first ever couture dress in Cannes Red Carpet," Polina wrote in a video posted on Instagram and TikTok. "You stand in your hotel in line for the car for the carpet. And Bella Hadid's bodyguards scream at everyone 'MOVE', push to the sides and step on your dress so it rips off."

Making it clear that she has no resentment towards Bella herself, Polina penned in the caption, "Bella is incredible, she has a really good vibe, but this idea of celebrities being more important than others is insane. Other people ALSO spend money on their outfits, have a teams of 20 people, spend money to get ready. They also stress out, but celebrities still think it's more important for them to walk on the Red Carpet."

"Every time I shoot in public places with my team, I always apologise to everyone for bothering them. Of course, we're not trying to push anyone, because what we're doing DOES NOT mean it's everyone else's problem and people should stop doing their stuff for you," the influencer added. "You can see me awkwardly smiling cause I know that hundreds of cameras see this situation, I did tell her bodyguard that he damaged my dress and he was like 'but you understand the situation.' "

Later on her Instagram Story, Polina said the alleged incident is an example of why people feel "outrage" towards celebrities in this day and age. She claimed, "We're staying in the same hotel with these celebrities. We're paying the same prices for rooms. We also have cars, we also have a huge team. I'm also paying for my outfit. Why the f&&k do you believe that you have more rights or some priority rights to use spaces of the hotel where we're both staying?"

Siding with Polina, people claimed that Bella's team was "disrespectful" and "super uncool" and accused them of treating Polina like a "second-class citizen." One person commented on her video, "So sorry this happened to you."

"Celebrity or not people need to treat others with respect and unfortunately some security teams miss that memo," another wrote. Someone else tagged Bella and wrote, "We love you but please have your bodyguard apologise, at least a simple 'I'm sorry' instead of 'you do see the situation' and offer to fix the dress."
