AceShowbiz - Gayle King has been showered with praise for her youthful look in a new magazine cover. The broadcast journalist for "CBS News" received supportive messages from many after appearing in the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

On Tuesday, May 14, the 69-year-old TV personality got to hear what social media users think about her look in the magazine cover. Making use of Instagram, one in particular gushed over her for looking much younger than her actual age, "Ms. G. King is another ageless beautiful soul aging backwards. She is Stunning."

Similarly, another noticed her slimmed-down appearance and exclaimed, "Wow! Beautiful!! Lost a lot of weight and beautiful thin shoulders! Very charming!!" A third marveled, "So so freaking HAPPY for you Gayle! You are THE BEST in this news game and SI knows it too which is why our girl is on THE COVER! BOOP."

A fourth, in the meantime, noted, "What I hope people take away from this is how important it is to glow on the inside so that you can glow just as brightly on the outside as you do. so proud of our cover girl!!!"

The comments came after the official Instagram account of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue shared its magazine cover featuring Gayle. In the picture, the "CBS Mornings" co-host confidently struck a pose in a colorful bodysuit that came with beige, green and black patterns all over it. The one-piece, which she paired with a matching outer, had two straps and a very low-cut design.

That same day, Gayle treated social media users to other snaps from her photo session with the magazine. Along with the pictures that captured her posing in what appeared to be a tropical resort, she shared, "I'm having a pretty good day, how about you?! Still on a @si_swimsuit high!
