Kenneth Petty has obtained court permission to travel the world with his femcee wife on her upcoming jaunt amid his probation related to his status as a sex offender.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, has received court permission to accompany her on her upcoming "Pink Friday 2" world tour.

Petty, who is on probation for failing to register as a sex offender in California, filed a request to travel with the family on tour for "various purposes, including childcare." According to court documents, his request was granted by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald.

Petty's probation officer reportedly had no objection to the request, and the federal government took no position. Judge Fitzgerald approved the travel schedule, which spans from April 17 to July 14, 2024, and includes destinations in Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

The tour approval comes amidst ongoing legal challenges for Petty. Last month, a judge granted a default judgment to a woman who claimed Petty sexually assaulted her in 1994. The judgment ordered Petty and Minaj to pay the victim approximately $500,000.

Despite these legal issues, Petty will now be able to join Nicki Minaj on her international tour. The tour is scheduled to kick off in Toronto on April 30, 2024.
