The 'Wasted on You' singer flashes huge grin in his mugshot after he was taken into police custody for throwing a chair from the roof of a bar in downtown Nashville.

AceShowbiz - Country music star Morgan Wallen, 30, is facing three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct after an incident in Nashville on Sunday night, April 7.

Wallen allegedly threw a chair from the rooftop of Chief's Bar, which landed three feet from police officers standing below. Witnesses claim that Wallen was laughing after throwing the chair.

Wallen's mugshot has been released, showing him grinning while in custody. He was released on a $15,250 bond.

Following his release, Wallen's attorneys stated that he is cooperating fully with authorities. His court appearance is scheduled for May 3.

The incident is not Wallen's first controversy. In 2020, he was also arrested for disorderly conduct after being kicked out of Kid Rock's bar. "We didn't mean any harm, and we want to say sorry to any bar staff or anyone that was affected," he said after the drunken arrest back then.

In 2021, he was recorded using a racial slur, leading to widespread condemnation and the temporary banning of his music from various platforms. Wallen apologized for his actions and has since donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition.

However, the latest incident raises further questions about his behavior.

Wallen rose to fame after appearing on the sixth season of "The Voice." He released his first single after moving to Nashville and signing with Panacea Records. He is now signed to Big Loud Records and Warner Chappell Music.
