Having been accused of dissing the 'WAP' hitmaker for name-dropping her on the song, Doja explains that 'no one has done anything to me for me to even want to begin to diss them.'

AceShowbiz - Doja Cat has set the record straight once again. After releasing an alleged Cardi B diss track titled "ACKNOWLEDGE ME", the "Planet Her" artist emphasized in a new social media post that she didn't diss anyone with the song.
"no one has done anything to me for me to even want to begin to diss them. all my peers been nice as f**k and welcoming of me," the 28-year-old penned on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, April 5. "please stop f**king grasping for straws here.
"i dont play these games you all are playing. its incredibly childish and quite frankly the most depressing s**t ive ever come across on the internet," she fumed. "grow the f**k up. i dont get in 'rAp bEefS.' "
On "ACKNOWLEDGE ME", which also dropped on Friday, Doja raps, "You out here actin' like you sniffin' on some Carly Rae." She continues, "Cartier on you but you barkin' like you Cardi B," pronouncing the "B" as "bae."
The diss rumors first emerged after a tracklist of Doja's new album, "Scarlet 2 Claude", was leaked on X. One user uploaded a screen recording of several songs from the set along with a snippet of "ACKNOWLEDGE ME". The individual then asked Doja, "Barking like cardi b? is this shade doja?"
It did not take long for the tweet to be flooded with online responses from X users, including one who asked, "Ok but which one did you Whack Cardi B on ?" Answering the question, Doja furiously denied, "None of them get a f**kin life."
Meanwhile, another person replied by suggesting, "I think she said walking- '…slipping on some Coi LeRay, Cartier on you but you walking like you're Cardi B?' I have no idea what that means? Maybe I have the Coi LeRay part wrong? Either way, walking like you're Cardi B feels like props. We've seen Cardi walk…mama's bad."
In response, Doja clarified, "Carly rae." In a follow-up tweet, she wrote, "SNIFFING ON SOME CARLY RAE*." She later confirmed that she was making a reference to singer Carly Rae Jepsen.
