The 'Vanderpump Rules' cast member channels Xtina in the iconic photo shoot for a faux magazine cover for designer Michael Ngo's new 'Anima Reloaded' fashion campaign.

AceShowbiz - Fans apparently don't appreciate Tom Sandoval's attempt to recreate Christina Aguilera's iconic 2002 Rolling Stone cover. The "Vanderpump Rules" star made the recreation for designer Michael Ngo's new "Anima Reloaded" fashion campaign.
For the faux magazine cover, Tom could be seen wearing nothing but black latex pants and biker boots. The 41-year-old reality TV star and band singer channeled the "Fighter" songstress as he posed with a guitar on a similar red backdrop used on Xtina's famed shot.
Tom completed his look with heavy black eyeliner. He also rocked a lightning bolt necklace while styling his hair slicked back. In the caption, the designer wrote, "MOST ICONIC XTINA ERA? #VOTE #MICHAELNGO ANIMA RELOADED: COLLECTION CAMPAIGN // @tomsandoval1 as STRIPPED x FIGHTER :: 2000's POP CULTURE REIMAGINED #ICONICS**T. Thank you Tom for always being a great friend & supporter and for being our rockstar in this creative campaign!"
Internet users, however, weren't impressed by the photo shoots. "He's in a cover band and now he's recreating a famous photo. This man has no original thought of his own. How embarrassing," one commented. Another added, "This is so embarrassing for every party involved."
"This is so embarrassing for every party involved," someone wrote. "Unfortunately for tom, he will never be the star he thinks he is," one other noted, while one user simply said, "Sandoval sucks."
That aside, the tension between Tom and his ex Ariana Madix continued on "Vanderpump Rules". In a preview for an upcoming episode, the TomTom bar co-owner made his assistant Ann Maddox cry when he found out that she wanted to move to Ariana's team.
"Ariana already got all of our friends. Now she has to take my assistant?" Tom said in a confessional after overhearing Ann speaking with his ex. "She can have anybody she wants work for her."
Tom then had an offscreen conversation with Ann, who was seen crying afterwards. Ariana, meanwhile, discussed the matter with Katie Maloney, telling her, "I talked to Ann today. She had her suit on and she brought her resume. I was like, 'Look, in the future, maybe.' But I feel like right now, he potentially could be very petty and very vindictive."
"So then I'm getting ready to leave and she's in the kitchen crying because Tom is coming down on her because he was upstairs eavesdropping [on our conversation]," she added.
