Christian Dumontet has been taken into police custody after hurling a glass bottle at his wife during an argument, narrowly missing her and hitting their young child instead.

AceShowbiz - Former "Selling Sunset" star Christine Quinn's husband, Christian Dumontet aka Christian Richard, was arrested on Tuesday, March 19 following a domestic incident involving his wife and child.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Dumontet was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly hurling a glass bottle at Quinn, narrowly missing her but hitting their 2-year-old son instead. The toddler was transported to the emergency room via ambulance, accompanied by Quinn.
Page Six reported that Quinn and her husband had gotten into a verbal argument when the incident occurred. Dumontet was photographed being led from his home barefoot in a white robe and was taken into custody. He is currently being held on $30,000 bail.
A public information officer from the LAPD stated that the bag containing the glass bottle "missed the victim but hit the victim's child, causing injury." The child was initially examined by paramedics but was later transported to the hospital.
TMZ reported that Quinn has obtained a seven-day emergency protective order against Dumontet. Quinn and her husband launched their own real estate company, RealOpen, after she left "Selling Sunset" ahead of Season 6 in 2022.
A representative for Quinn has not yet commented on the incident. The couple has been married since 2019 and welcomed their son, Christian, in May 2021. Quinn has previously expressed her strong protective instincts as a mother and vowed to shield her child from harm.
Christian Dumontet is facing felony charge.
