J. Cole Shares Snippet of New Song Likely From New Album 'The Fall Off'

The 'No Role Modelz' rapper makes many of his listeners voice their excitement as he releases two videos that seemingly serve as teasers of his forthcoming album.

AceShowbiz - J. Cole has treated social media users to a snippet of his new song. The "No Role Modelz" rapper made many believe that the unreleased track, which could be titled "Might Delete Later, Vol. 1", will be featured in his seventh studio album "The Fall Off".

On Wednesday, February 21, the 39-year-old Germany-born hip-hop artist made use of YouTube, to upload a 2 minute-length video titled "Might Delete Later, Vol. 1". The black-and-white clip shows himself rapping in a number of places. The footage begins with him silently standing up before he starts rapping.

Cole, who sports a long-sleeved sweater and a pair of long dark-colored pants, is later documented rapping in what appeared to be a living room of a house. It also includes short clips of him performing at his concerts.

That same day, the "Middle Child" spitter made use of a burner account named @mightdeletelater on Instagram to release a different video. In the beginning of the clip, it can be seen that he is signing a huge black poster on a wall that comes with a message that reads in part, "The Fall Off."

The footage goes on to show Cole seemingly getting ready for his show before greeting a packed audience and getting on a stage. The video also sees him previewing one of his songs for his team in a music studio. In addition, it includes reactions from his fans when they attended his shows.

After sharing the two videos, Cole made social media users voice their excitement for his upcoming music project. In the comments sections, one in particular wrote, "This man really about to drop his best work, I can feel it." Another exclaimed, "THIS LITERALLY BRINGS ME SO MUCH JOY! Cole will forever be the GOAT! I'm too f**kin excited."

A third penned, "Pls don't tell me the 26 means it's coming out in 2026," adding a crying face emoji. A fourth, in the meantime, praised, "Best rapper alive. when he drops it's gonna be a moment in music."
