The Cleveland Cavaliers player was recently announced that he's been suspended 25 games for violating the organization's drug policy after testing positive for two types of steroids.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian shares a valuable tip on social media. During a Snapchat Q&A session over the weekend, "The Kardashians" star revealed to her followers the "therapy" that she does to handle pressure and stress.

"Working out is my therapy," the mom of two said,  "For me, it's the best way to cope with stress." The 39-year-old star further explained, "It keeps me focused. It keeps me strong physically and mentally."

This wasn't the first time Khloe promoted working out to her followers. Back in 2020, the Good American founder advised her social media followers to set "small, realistic goals" in the gym and reward themselves for achieving them. "If you mess up, you have tomorrow to start again," she penned at the time.

Khloe's remarks about how she relieves her stress came after it was revealed that her ex Tristan Thompson had been suspended from NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers player was suspended 25 games for violating the organization's drug policy.

In a statement on Monday, January 22, the league revealed that the 32-year-old tested positive for ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033, violating terms of the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program the NBA. The drugs are also banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the NCAA.

In response to the suspension, Cavaliers issued a statement in which it expressed its stance to "fully support the NBA/NBAPA Anti-Drug Program." The statement further read, "We are disappointed in the recent news surrounding Tristan Thompson. His time away from game action will have an impact on our team. We stand behind Tristan and offer our support throughout this suspension period."

Tristan, who shares daughter True and son Tatum with Khloe, previously played for the Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls and Sacramento Kings. The Canadian athlete, who was with the Cavs for nine seasons, also briefly joined the Celtics.
